I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Twin Islands in Gatlinburg! The hotel's location is unbeatable-just steps away from major attractions. The rooms, while a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, though there was some delay in service at times. Overall, it's a great value for the price, and I'll definitely be back for another visit.

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to explore the area, but the rooms and overall condition of the property felt tired and outdated. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was limited and not particularly satisfying. While there were some positives such as comfortable beds, the overall experience was disappointing, especially given my expectations for the price we paid.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and furnished with the bare minimum. We had to live out of our suitcases since there was no dresser or sufficient space to store our belongings.
Service

I found the service lacking, particularly at check-in where my loyalty as a member was completely overlooked.
Location

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The room was decent, although it showed some wear and tear. The breakfast was adequate but not amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the housekeeping services. However, the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, which was a minor inconvenience. Considering the views and overall experience, it's a great value for the price.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Twin Islands, where the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers. The location is fantastic, right along the river, which provides lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere, especially at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and I appreciated the breakfast options. However, the amenities, particularly the pool, could use improvement as it felt overcrowded during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable in my room.
