I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Twin Islands in Gatlinburg! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions. The rooms, while a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, though there was some delay in service at times. Overall, it's a great value for the price, and I'll definitely be back for another visit.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I noticed some wear and tear due to the hotel's age. I especially loved the cottage we stayed in, which had a nice view of the creek.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were moments when the service could have been faster, especially during check-in.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the Parkway in Gatlinburg, making it incredibly easy to walk to the Aquarium and other attractions.
Dining

Breakfast was decent, with a good mix of options like waffles and cereals. It was a nice way to start the day.

Facilities were adequate. There was a playground for kids, which my niece loved, but the Wi-Fi service in our cottage could use improvement.

5.0/10

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to explore the area, but the rooms and overall condition of the property felt tired and outdated. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was limited and not particularly satisfying. While there were some positives such as comfortable beds, the overall experience was disappointing, especially given my expectations for the price we paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and furnished with the bare minimum. We had to live out of our suitcases since there was no dresser or sufficient space to store our belongings.
Service
5.0
I found the service lacking, particularly at check-in where my loyalty as a member was completely overlooked.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the few perks, with easy access to local attractions and shops.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was rather disappointing with a skimpy selection focused mainly on carbs.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities seemed in dire need of refurbishment, giving a dated and worn-out vibe.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The room was decent, although it showed some wear and tear. The breakfast was adequate but not amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the housekeeping services. However, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, which was a minor inconvenience. Considering the views and overall experience, it’s a great value for the price.

I had a pleasant stay at this Best Western. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the creek that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to many attractions in Gatlinburg. The breakfast had a nice variety, although it could be improved. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money and will definitely consider staying here again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Twin Islands, where the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers. The location is fantastic, right along the river, which provides lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere, especially at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and I appreciated the breakfast options. However, the amenities, particularly the pool, could use improvement as it felt overcrowded during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable in my room.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, though the pillows left something to be desired. The furniture appeared a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional.
Service
7.0
The staff at the hotel provided average service; they weren't particularly warm, but they were helpful enough during check-in and check-out. The breakfast staff, however, was delightful and added a special touch to our mornings.
Location
9.0
The location is great, nestled alongside the river and just a quick drive to various attractions in the area. Listening to the water flowing provided a wonderful backdrop for our stay.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast exceeded my expectations with options like eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was a satisfying start to each day.
Facilities
5.0
While the swimming pool had potential, it was too small for the number of rooms in the hotel, making it overcrowded at times. It definitely needs more space to accommodate guests comfortably.
